Lululemon home smart fitness mirror is accused of infringement by Nike

Nike said it notified Lululemon of alleged infringement in November 2021, but Lululemon rejected it. Therefore, Nike decided to formally file a lawsuit, which is being dealt with in Manhattan Federal Court. Regarding the lawsuit, a Lululemon spokesman has issued a statement saying that the relevant patents are too broad and invalid, and that they are confident and look forward to defending them in court.
